Nagen has approximately 30 years of cumulative experience using technology to improve business performance. As early as 1978, while working at Structured Methods, Inc., which developed the earliest methodology, Nagen developed state of the art business and financial software and invented bottom line report technology. Nagen believes in combining philosophy, technology and discipline with unique approach, which was inherited from Structured Methods Inc.

Since that time, Nagen has developed and implemented business and financial accounting software products using SAP, Oracle and Costpoint.

Prior to joining BizInTek, Nagen held a number of senior-level positions in IT Management and Accounting.

He held a number of senior-level positions in IT and management as technologist, program manger, networking specialist, business & accounting application specialist, database administration & programmer.

Nagen received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Osmania University, in India, and has since earned Master's Degrees in Computer Technology from New York University, N.Y., USA.
